Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, complete with robes and slippers. The modern conveniences like a great TV, well-lit bathroom, and excellent shower made my stay extra comfortable, plus there were plenty of electrical outlets. The ambiance in the room even smelled like a fancy spa, which added a nice touch.

The hotel's location is superb, just a block from Central Plaza and in the perfect spot in the heart of old Puebla. It was ideal for exploring the center and museums within minutes on foot, and directly across from the iconic Iglesia de la Compania.

The dining experience was a mix of highs and lows. The made-to-order dishes were delicious, with a variety of fresh fruits and custom egg dishes. However, the weekend buffet was less impressive compared to ordering from the menu during the weekdays.

I couldn't have asked for a better location, being right in the heart of the historic colonial district just a short stroll from the main square and market streets. The rooms were uniquely beautiful, but the noise from the busy street outside was a bit bothersome. The service was friendly and accommodating, although not as vibrant as other places I've visited. The dining experience was a highlight with a delicious variety of Mexican and international dishes. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor drawbacks.
